Adult Bible Fellowship

Vision
We will provide purposeful study influenced by the Holy Spirit to enable us to be more mature in Christ.

Description
Adult Bible Fellowships (ABFs) are groups that meet for Bible study and fellowship, normally on Sunday morning at 10:45 a.m. after our worship time. Most of these groupings are based on age or life stage. They have two driving forces making them relevant for today’s Christian:

1. Emphasis on teaching and application of God’s Word to daily living.
2. Emphasis on creating lasting, loving and spiritually focused relationships.

Mission
1. Spiritual Growth
2. Personal Discipline
3. Changed Thinking
4. Changed Behavior

Mission: Spiritual Formation
Our goal is to help people deepen their relationships with God and to help them experience the Holy Spirit working in their lives. Spiritual development is an ongoing process. We hope that ABFs will encourage people to consistently study the Bible, and that God will transform their lives as they read His word.

Relationship Formation
Fellowship is an important component of any ABF. It is one of the reasons God established His community, the church. ABF is meant to strengthen ties among existing members and to assimilate newcomers into the congregation through encouraging the development of significant and meaningful relationships.
